Director of Nursing

Duties

• Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary.
• Overseeing hiring, firing and development of care staff.
• Communicating with families, residents and physicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 7 years of experience
• Willing to relocate
• know how to handle and manage difficult patients
• Must be able to work night shift 5 nights a week
• Must be able to work flexible schedule
• Coachable and attention to details

Compensation

• Hourly – $40.54 – $50.00
